活动目标：
1、乐于参与英语活动，对故事内容感兴趣。
2、在听听、看看、说说、玩玩的活动中，理解故事内容，学习对话，“Hello ××× ”学说单词“Tortoise, sun ”等。
活动准备：
1、背景图片一幅,高老鼠和矮老鼠的图片若干。
2、按照故事内容制作的多媒体课件。
活动过程：
1、出示高老鼠和矮老鼠，引起幼儿兴趣。
师:Today , Two friends will come to our classroom .guess ,who are they?
引导幼儿学说“the tall mouse”“he short mouse”
（评析：以猜猜的形式来导入活动，一方面激发孩子活动的兴趣，同时也自然引出故事中的角色。）
2、结合图片教师讲述故事。
师:Today ,I will tell you a story about the tall mouse and the short mouse．
Now, please look at the picture and listen to me carefully. 《The Tall Mouse And The Short Mouse》
师:Now, let me tell the story again. Please listen to me carefully. 《The Tall Mouse And The Short Mouse》
(评析：借助图片与故事中动物形象，以边讲边演示的方法激发了孩子听故事的兴趣，吸引孩子的注意力，让孩子能认真倾听故事，初步了解故事的内容与情节。)
3、利用多媒体，集体讲述故事一遍。

（这一环节老师退一退，让孩子看图来讲述，旨在观察孩子，了解孩子对对话的掌握情况。）
4、师幼练习故事中的对话。
师:OK, let’s tell the story again. you are the tall mouses you are the short mouses .Do you understand? Now, let’s begin.(交换角色分组练习两遍)
（评析：这一环节教师与幼儿分别扮演角色进行对话练习，通过集体回答到分组，老师有意识的让孩子在交流过程中学习对话。同时教师与孩子一起表演，在表演过程中给予孩子一些引导与示范的作用，增强孩子的角色意识。为孩子以后表演作铺垫学说。）
5、游戏

（评析：最后引出游戏让孩子在游戏中达到活动的高潮，让每个孩子再一次享受英语学习活动的乐趣,从而激发孩子学习英语的兴趣。）
